Special Assembly Election in Queens
Republicans have a chance to pick up a State Assembly seat in a special election May 10, as Republican Anthony Como runs against Andrew Hevesi for the position vacated earlier this year by Democrat Michael Cohen.
This is a unique opportunity for Republican activists city-wide to converge on the 28th District in Queens - when no other elections are happening - and help GOTV for Como.
Como is running on three party lines: Republican, Conservative and Independent.
